Overview
PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup (AKT)
PT Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal,Tbk (BLEM)
PT Borneo Mining Services (BMS)

Significant resources and reserves have been identified and quantified to date. More resources and reserves are realistically expected as exploration and drilling continues.

AKT’s output is premium hard coking coal, which commands premium pricing with relatively low production costs, offering substantial margins to mitigate most market risk. A capacity expansion program to 5 mtpa has been completed, to be followed by an evaluation of a further ramp-up to 10 mtpa.

AKT is ultimately targeting to produce up to 15 mtpa of high quality hardcoking coal ramping up over within the next five years as infrastructure is added and the number and size of areas opened expands to allow bigger equipment to operate. Cost reduction and efficiency programs are ongoing, as critical elements of our ceaseless push to ensure that AKT is as a low cost producer.

BLEM was established in 2006 under the name of PT Borneo Lumbung Energi. Starting from a green-field concession, first production was achieved in 2009 and production has increased rapidly, with 4.2 million tons achieved in 2012.

BLEM's medium-term target is to achieve annual production of 10 million tons. BLEM's key attributes are the attractive coking characteristics of its coal, first quartile cash costs, relative proximity to end-users and a strong management team

Systematic growth as required to provide mining support to AKT targeting critical mass and cost efficiency from economics of scale for AKT.
